4. Application and documents

Any resume, portfolio, or other document you upload becomes part of your application record. By uploading a document, you confirm you have the right to share it with us and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

5. Funded accounts and risk framework

Trading with a Stuniex funded account is subject to the risk parameters, maximum drawdown limits, and position-sizing rules communicated to you during onboarding. Breach of these rules may result in reduced allocation or removal from the program, at Stuniex's discretion.

6. No investment advice

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading involves risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, and the Stuniex name and logo, is the property of Stuniex unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
